We engaged the stakeholders to fully understand the requirements for the project, and also worked with the company that would deliver the platform itself. After that we did the necessary work to inform the Information Architecture for the portal, producing detailed wireframe documents for the visual designers and the technical team. I oversaw the visual design process and deliverables.
